The sisters threw thousands of seed balls on both sides of the mountain road to protect the nature in the Kodaikanal hills.
Subhagita (16) and Sujitha (14) are the daughters of Eugene Ashok from Kodaikanal. Subhagita is studying 11th class and Sujitha is studying ninth class in a private school in Kodaikanal. Schools have been busy preparing one lakh seedballs for the past one month wanting to spend the rest of the time useful to go to class time online as there is no opening. With the completion of this work, in the first phase 20,000 seed balls were sown in Pambarpuram and Vattakkanal areas of Kodaikanal hills.
