M/S.surya estate finance , which was running at T.Nagar in Chennai collected the deposite from general public and defulted to repay the matured amount to the depositors based on the complaint of the depositors a case was registered in Cr No 1097/96, and investigated in economic offence wing ll. As per the orders given by the High court of Madras the said company is refunding the amount to the defaulted depositors.
