Rowdy from Madurai Mahathma Gandhinagar has arrested under goondas act

On 28.02.2022, Thiru.Prem Anand Sinha, IPS., Commissioner of Police,
Madurai City, has ordered the detention of Ramalingam, male, aged 50/2021 son
of Otchathevar and residing at 68, Siruvani Nathi Street, Mahatma Gandhi
Nagar, Madurai under Goondas Act (Drug Offender – Tamil Nadu Act 14/1982),
who was found acting in a manner prejudicial to the maintenance of public order and
public health in Madurai City, by selling ganja. Hence, Ramalingam was detained
on 28.02.2022 at the Central Prison, Madurai, under Goondas Act (Drug Offender),
in order to curtail his unlawful activities.
