தரமணி பகுதியில் இருசக்கர வாகனத்தில் கஞ்சா எடுத்து வந்த தரமணி பகுதியைச் சேர்ந்த கார்த்திக் (எ) குரங்கு கார்த்திக் மற்றும் 2 நபர்கள், J-13 தரமணி காவல் காவல் குழுவினரால் கைது . 5 கிலோ கஞ்சா மற்றும் 1 இருசக்கர வாகனம் கைப்பற்றப்பட்டது. (20.03.2021)

சென்னை பெருநகர காவல் ஆணையாளர் திரு.மகேஷ் குமார் அகர்வால், இ.கா.ப., அவர்களின் உத்தரவான “போதைக்கெதிரான தடுப்பு நடவடிக்கையான “DAD – DRIVE AGAINST DRUGS ” –ன் தொடர்ச்சியாக, J-13 தரமணி காவல் நிலைய ஆய்வாளர் தலைமையிலான காவல் குழுவினருக்கு கிடைத்த தகவலின் பேரில் 19.03.2021 அன்று மதியம், தரமணி, மகாத்மாகாந்தி நகர், ராஜாஜி தெரு மற்றும் அந்தோணியர் தெரு சந்திப்பில் கண்காணித்தபோது, அங்கு இருசக்கர வாகனத்தில் வந்த 3 நபர்களை நிறுத்தி விசாரணை செய்து இருசக்கர வாகனத்தை சோதனை செய்தபோது, அதில் கஞ்சா கடத்தி வந்த 1.கார்த்திக் (எ) குரங்கு கார்த்திக், வ/20, தரமணி, 2.ஷபி மொய்தீன், வ/24, அண்ணாசாலை, 3.முகமது ஹபிஸ், வ/24, பெரம்பூர், ஆகிய 3 நபர்களை கைது செய்தனர். அவர்களிடமிருந்து 5 கிலோ எடை கொண்ட கஞ்சா மற்றும்1 இருசக்கர வாகனம் கைப்பற்றப்பட்டு, அவர்கள்மீது நீதிமன்ற நடவடிக்கை மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டது.
The Commissioner of Police Tr.Mahesh Kumar Aggarwal, IPS, ordered to ensure the special drive of “DAD – Drive Against Drugs “ in Chennai City. Following this, on a tip off, on 19.03.2021 , a team led by Inspector of Police J-13 Taramani PS and conducted surveillance near Mahatma Gandhi Nagar, Rajaji street, Taramani and intercepted a two wheeler. While checking, the police team found them possessing 5 kgs Ganja and identified them.They are 1. Karthick(@) Kurangu Karthick , M/20 of Taramani 2. Shabi Moideen , M/24 of Anna salai, 3.Mohammed Habbius, M/24, of Perambur were arrested. 5 kgs of ganja, and 1 two wheeler were recovered from them. Legal action is being pursued against them.
