Rowdy from Madurai Perungudi arrested under goondas act
On 17.06.2022, Thiru.T.Senthil Kumar, IPS, Commissioner of Police, Madurai
City, has ordered the detention of Ayyanar @ Valakkai Ayyanar, male, aged
29/2022 son of Lakshmanan and residing at North Street, Anna Nagar, Perungudi,
Madurai under Goondas Act (Tamil Nadu Act 14/1982), who was found acting in a
manner prejudicial to the maintenance of public order in Madurai City, by involving in
theft and robbery cases. Hence, Ayyanar @ Valakkai Ayyanar was detained on
17.06.2022 at Central Prison, Madurai, under Goondas Act, in order to curtail his
unlawful activities.
