Rowdy from Madurai Kalmedu arrested under coondas act
On 11.07.2022, Thiru.T.Senthil Kumar, IPS., Commissioner of Police, Madurai
City, has ordered the detention of Manikandan @ Asari Mani, male, aged 27/2022
son of Angusamy and residing at D.No. 4/24, Asari Colony, Kalmedu,
Andarkottaram Post, Sakkimangalam, Madurai under Goondas Act (Tamil Nadu
Act 14/1982), who was found acting in a manner prejudicial to the maintenance of
public order in Madurai City, by involving in murder, planning to commit dacoity and
robbery cases. Hence, Manikandan @ Asari Mani was detained on 11.07.2022 at
Central Prison, Madurai, under Goondas Act, in order to curtail his unlawful
activities.
