Thousands of vehicles pass through the Yanaikkal Bridge every day, which connects Madurai Simmakkal to sellur. The aggression of shops and vehicles parking on this bridge was increasing day by day. and also, the accumulation of rubbish on the bridge by the occupants , causes health damage. Motorists were urged to come forward with the concerned department officials to remove the shops blocking the parking of vehicles on the bridge.
